The Principal Sir delivering a speech on the
occasion of Sadhana Divas |
Vidyalaya observed Sadhana Divas
to pay homage and tribute to the man with capital M – Eknathji Ranade. The
programme began in the morning assembly by offering floral tribute at the
portraits of Bharat Mata, Swamiji and Eknathji Ranade by respected Principal
Sir and Vice Principal Sir while all the staff members and students invoked
Mangalacharan together. It was followed by a speech by the Principal highlighting
Eknathji’s unforgettable works in North-east, establishing Vivekananda Kendra
at Kanyakumari and metalizing the Herculean task of Vivekananda Rock Memorial
into reality. Sri Tarini Kanta Sarma (TGT, Social Science) also delivered a
speech on Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade emphasising his three C’s – consistency,
concentration and confidence which are vital for our success. A group of
students rendered a song on Eknathji Ranade to pay homage to him. The programme
concluded with Santipath.
