The 74th Republic Day was celebrated in VKV (NEEPCO) Umrangso
with great enthusiasm and passion. All the students and teachers gathered at
the Vidyalaya Ground at 8.30 am. Respected Principal Sri Gurucharan Das sir
hoisted the Tri-colour and gave salute to it, while the students and teachers
sang national anthem. Principal Sir delivered a speech and elaborated its
significance. It was followed by a patriotic song by a group of students.
Rashmi Rakshit (a student) also delivered a speech on the occasion.
