Vidyalaya
observed Gita Jayanti in the morning assembly. It began with offering
flowers at the portrait of Lord Krishna by
respected Principal Sri Gurucharan Das and respected Vice Principal Sri Prahlad
Gogoi. It was followed by a bhajan by a group of
students. Sri Santosh Dubey(TGT Sanskrit) delivered a speech on the
significance of the day and highlighted Lord Krishna’s advice to Arjuna when he
did not want fight against his relatives. Gita chanting competition was
conducted among the students of KG to class- XII on this auspicious day.
