| Morning Assembly by the Teachers |
VKV Umrangso celebrated children’s day with
great zeal and fervour. It started with offering flowers at the portrait of
Jawaharlal Nehru by respected Vice Principal Sri Prahlad Gogoi Sir. On this
auspicious day, the teachers did morning assembly in place of students. Sri Yogesh
Agnihotri(Primary In charge) delivered a speech on Nehru’s life and his
contributions to us. On this auspicious day, a group of teachers presented a
song while another group of teachers presented a drama to give flavour to the
students. Some athletic events/sports were conducted for small kids for classes
KG to III. In addition to these, there was friendly volleyball and cricket match
